Super Saturday to you.  Today, I bring you another vintage style card using the Bicyclist Lady   .     This wonderful stamp rode right into my heart the minute I saw it and so I just had to have it.     I just love our  Vintage Line of stamps .   This beautiful stamp really doesn't need much embellishment so I've kept it to a minimum mainly using die cut lace and scroll work to frame my pretty lady. Of course, I did have to add some ribbon and pearls but what Victorian lady would be without even a lady cyclist?  I again used colored pencils in muted tones to color in this image and some vintage style design paper to echo the theme.  I did add lots of layers and lots of foam tape to pop them though.  I also edge all my design paper and layers with distress ink to give them a more finished appearance.

     I have something a little different for you today, a steampunk card featuring Flying Man .   This is a wonderful vintage stamp so I decided to use black ink and not to color the image so it would feel more like a vintage print.  I did however stamp it on some light colored design paper just to add more interest.     As you can see I used some wonderful die cut gears to compliment the Flying Man image, sort of picking up on the gears on the side of his flying machine.  I used gold glitter to give things a sort of metallic feel and finished up with some brass charms that had a steampunk feel to them.

     Happy Saturday to you all.  Any Saturday is a happy Saturday don't you think, especially if it involves stamping.       Today I have another vintage styled card for you.  I think this one has a rather elegant feel to go with the  Victorian Evening Dress .   For this image I stamped Victorian Evening Dress   twice, once on cream card stock and once on pink design paper.  A the image stamped onto the card stock was colored with pencils and odorless mineral spirits than cut out.  I cut out the dress on the image on the pink design paper and then glued it to the colored image.  the image was then popped onto the cream mat.   Dies were used with vintage style paper to give the vintage feel with a seem binding ribbon glued to the corner and draped and glued to the edges of the card.  Finally adhesive pearls were added to enhance the image.  If you are interested in vintage women stamps ...

Today I have chosen the lovely  Vintage Skating Girl  stamp.  I used a multi-fold technique to showcase this beautiful image.  The center of the card is highlighted with a beautiful Victorian style trellis for more of that vintage loveliness feel.  The  Vintage Skating Girl  is stamped with black ink and then colored with pencils and odorless mineral spirits.  She is popped on to a center panel and framed by two symmetrical panels with some lovely diecut frames embellished with pearls. I really liked how the frames bring to mind the beauty of the Victorian era to compliment the style of the image.  I chose a light blue color scheme since skating and winter bring to mind icy blue colors.
