Typewriter Secret Message Card

 ​Say something unique and special to someone with this handmade card featuring our Manual Typewriter Rubber Stamp. Create a roll with the words you want to convey and here is how to create it.

Along the top and bottom of this A2 card is our ​Cherry Blossoms Rubber Stamp. 

I stamped the Cherry Blossoms after I die cut an oval in the center of a mat for the 4.25 x 5.5 card. This is because I embossed the oval center with another embossing folder featuring text.

I embossed the mat with a floral pattern folder and then colored in the flowers with various pink hues.

For the special note part, I cut 24lb office paper at 1 1/4" wide to fit in the typewriter.

Using a clear stamp text set from Michaels, I selected my words for the message.

Burnish the edges of your rolled message to match the typewriter's design. Roll the paper onto a pencil or bamboo stick. Glue into place!
